2. Engage Grace Lawyers to make police service information request Resolved that the Body Corporate Committee for McWhirters Retail CTS 34719 hereby engage Grace Lawyers to make a right to information request to the Queensland Police Service in relation to the vehicle colliding with a building causing damage to the awning which occurred on the 21 December 2018. RESOLVED that Motion 2 BE CARRIED: YES: 6 NO: 0 ABSTAIN: 0
3. Authorisation for body corporate manager to sign Grace Lawyers cost agreement Resolved that the Body Corporate Committee for McWhirters Retail CTS 34719 hereby authorise its appointed body corporate manager to sign the Grace Lawyers Costs Agreement relative to its appointment in motion 1. RESOLVED that Motion 3 BE CARRIED: YES: 6 NO: 0 ABSTAIN: 0
4. Installation of new glass doors, and remediation of existing roller door Resolved that the Body Corporate Committee for McWhirters Retail CTS 34719, authorise within committee expenditure limits, to: 1. Install new (double framed) glass doors in the walkway leading to / from the car park pedestrian bridge; and 2. Undertake remediation work on the existing roller door by reinstalling the roller door track and installing an additional after-hours entry door beside the roller door; And further, for reasons of enhanced security to the body corporate after hours, to close and lock these doors after hours.
