I am just starting this blog to inform people of the goings on in my body corporate McWhirters Retail CTS 34719, Brunswick St Mall Fortitude Valley. Anything I say has to be taken at face value and is in no way investment advice but a potential investor can consider the information I make available. I in no way can make any official disclosures on part of the Body Corporate because I am not a committee member. So it is the opinion of myself an ex board member who was effectively removed from the committee by being told I had no authorisation to do anything. My name is Kelly Liddle I have ownership or part ownership in 7 of the lots in the retail section of the building. It is my belief that lawful behaviour and proper management can change the destiny of the building. I do not believe that the current committee is providing this and in my opinion serious breaches in the law are still occurring for no particular reason.
As another body corporate is also in the building if they are dysfunctional that will also have an effect. I don’t hold any strong view on the apartments body corporate at this point in time, however over time I am likely to form a clearer view on them.
